William Shakespeare's "Othello" act II summary.
Extract:
At the court, the Duke and the Senators were discussing the war with the Turks in Cyprus. Then Barbantio, Othello, and their men arrives. Barbantio talks to the duke and starts telling him how a man used witchcraft on his daughter. The duke says that this man must be punished. However, when the duke knew it was Othello, he gave him a chance to defend himself since he will need him in the coming war.
